Pigpen left us all to early for my personal tastes but I am sure he was needed elsewhere. He truly was a stranger.
“The Stranger” also known as “Two Souls In Communion”. Recorded at The Lyceum Theater in London May 24, 1972.
This came from the Rockin’ The Rhein 3 disc album that was recorded in Dusseldorf, West Germany on April 24 that year and was one of three bonus tracks added to the album.
Donna Jean was really strong that day as you will hear.
